Due to the unique handcrafted nature of our products all sales are final. However if there's an issue with your order or it is damaged in transit please contact us immediately.

Turn Around Time (TAT)

Made to Order (MTO)

• Tumblers: 3-5 weeks after receiving payment.
• Apparel: 7-10 business days after receiving payment.
• Keychains: 14 business days after receiving payment.
• Signs:  14 business days after receiving payment.

Ready to Ship (RTS)

• Tumblers: 3-7 business days after receiving payment.
• Cans: 3-7 business days after receiving payment.
• Apparel: 1-3 business days after receiving payment.
• Keychains: 1-3 business days after receiving payment.
• Signs: 1-3 business days after receiving payment.

By ordering from us you are acknowledging that we can not completely replicate any work and we may use your inspiration photos as a base for your design but it will not be an exact copy. You are also consenting to have photos of your order shared on our social media pages. Please let us know if your order is a gift or surprise so we can delay posting photos.
